Cancellation charges depend on hotel policies, vehicle blocking, permit costs, helicopter bookings and the number of days left before travel. Non-refundable services will be deducted as per supplier terms.
If routes close due to weather, landslides, government orders or safety concerns, we will try to reschedule or adjust services. Refunds, if any, depend on recoverable supplier amounts.
Approved refunds are processed after reconciliation with hotels, transport partners and service providers. Bank or payment gateway timelines may apply.
